RoseCap Investment Advisors is a fee-only, independent, investment advisory firm. We provide portfolio management, financial planning, and retirement plan services to institutions, individuals, & families.
RoseCap was founded in 2010 by Matthew Rosenberg. With a passion for investments and financial analysis, Mr. Rosenberg decided to leave the world of buy-side finance and pursue a career in investment advisory.
RoseCap chose to be an independent, fee-only, investment advisor because we believe this provides the best level of service for our clients. As an independent advisor, RoseCap is free from the influence of large institutions.
RoseCap has adopted a set of codes, standards, and guidelines that we believe are among the highest in the investment industry. These include the CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct, the Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct, and more.
Mr. Rosenberg founded RoseCap in 2010 with the goal of bringing high quality investment management services to both institutional and retail clients.
Prior to founding RoseCap, Mr. Rosenberg was Managing Director with Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate, a privately held real estate investment firm in Atlanta, GA, where he was involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Mr. Rosenberg also previously served as Vice President/AE with General Electric's Commercial Finance division. He started his career in investment banking, underwriting and syndicating leveraged loans and high yield bonds for Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC.
Mr. Rosenberg received his Masters degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas, at Austin, where he was also a member of the 2002 National Championship baseball team. Currently, Mr. Rosenberg serves on the board of directors for the GJ Community Hospital Foundation. He enjoys reading and competing in numerous sports, and has also serves as a lecturer of finance at Colorado Mesa University, in Grand Junction, CO.
Mr. Corman started full-time with RoseCap in 2013. He is responsible for investment analysis, research, setting capital market expectations, and financial modeling. Prior to joining RoseCap full-time, Mr. Corman worked as an intern for RoseCap. In this role he gained a general understanding of the investment advisory business. He also assisted in the development of valuation models and conducted macroeconomic research.
Prior to working with RoseCap, Mr. Corman served in the United States Air Force (USAF). First, as Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Technician where he was responsible for inspecting and repairing aircraft electrical systems. He also trained personel on aircraft systems operations and repair. His second role was as Air Transportation Specialist, where he where he managed aircraft load-teams and coordinated their operations with other USAF functional areas.
Mr. Corman graduated with a bachelor degree in business (finance concentration) from Colorado Mesa University. He is a current holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In his free time, Mr.Corman enjoys spending time with his family.
Mr. Vermeer joined the RoseCap team in 2015. As a financial advisor, Mr. Vermeer works with individuals, families, and institutions to provide retirement, investment, and college planning to meet your unique needs and goals.
Mr. Vermeer graduated Cum Laude from Colorado Mesa University with a triple major in Finance, Management, and Marketing. He was a four year letter winner for the CMU basketball team. His accomplishments include: two year starter, 2nd all-time in three pointers made, and 1st Team Academic All-Conference.
Prior to working with RoseCap, Mr. Vermeer also completed multiple internships including: Miller Heiman (MHI Global), a global sales consulting firm where he researched and analyzed vertical markets and enterprise accounts. His efforts there resulted in a 15% account increase from the previous year. Mile High Farms, an agricultural amusement park, where he developed social media strategy and focus groups for broadening their scope of services and expanding their reach. Pro Baseball Insider, a web based sports research and commentary, where he researched and developed website content and established strategies for increasing social media presences.

Mr. Matelich joined RoseCap in November, 2016 as an intern and became a Financial Advisor in 2017. He specializes in financial planning for healthcare professionals, which includes practice management, partnership buy-ins, and managing student loans among other topics.
Mr. Matelich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from Regis University in Denver, CO. He successfully accompanied his wife, Lisa, through the medical school “match” process and now they live happily in Grand Junction, CO.
Passionate about envisioning impactful goals and seeing them through, Mr. Matelich enjoys reflecting on time spent traveling to all 7 continents and 40 counties along the way. Mr. Matelich’s travel resume represents his belief in “dream big, start small.” Day-to-day, Mr. Matelich enjoys spending time with his wife pursuing outdoor interests (running, biking, backpacking, skiing, snowshoeing) as well as indoor ones (reading, cooking).
